Customer Protection Policy

Unused goods can be returned in their original packaging within 30 days, with the original purchase receipt. In case of loss of the original purchase receipt or damage of the original packaging, we reserve the right not to return or exchange the product. For hygiene reasons JYSK reserves the right not to exchange bed sheets,quilts,cushions or pillows.Exchange and refund policy guarantees the customer's right.

Conditions for Return/Exchange/Refund

1. Should be accompanied by original purchase receipt/invoice.

2. Should be unused in original packing/unopened condition/resaleable condition.

3. Assembled items ( i.e furniture ) will not be returned /exchanged except for manufacturing defects.

4. Display piece,defect,damaged which is sold at discount will not be accepted for return/exchange.

5. In case of faulty items, an exchange or refund will only be offered when a repair is not possible.

6. Return will not be accepted on unwrapped bed linen,towels,basic & Plus mattresses which have been removed from original packaging for hygiene reasons unless it has a manufacturing defect.

7. Credit note is an important slip provided to the customer in exchange of the returned item they purchased in our store

8. Order cancellations are settled through a credit note valid for 90 days

9. Deliveries are made upon 100% payment in advance.

10.Products should be thoroughly checked at the time of purchase / delivery for the quality and condition.
